Atlas Studio

The Atlas Studio in Milpark, formerly an old bakery but now a popular venue for film and television shoots, upgraded five of its ten dimmers with Philips Strand Lighting Wallrack 24 Way Digital Dimming panels in 2016.

DWR supplied the new panels and commissioned The Install Crew (formerly DimBright Electrical) to assist with the install.

“The studio had many circuits which were faulty and could no longer be used,” explained Keith Pugin from DWR. “The ten dimmers were mounted on a wall outside the actual studios. We removed five of the existing dimmers which were aging and irreparable and replaced them with Philips Strand. Jacob Mogale and his team were sub-contracted to help with the install and, as always, did a great job.”
